Refund Policy
This is our refund policy. By purchasing from us, you automatically agree to this Refund Policy. We do not offer subscription services, hence these will not be covered and should not be liable to any claim this Policy covers.
1. Eligibility
If you have seen or used your key
After you have seen your key, it will be marked as redeemed. When a key is redeemed, it is considered as expired, the seller is notified of your successful purchase, and your right to withdrawal is voided. We reserve the right to deny a refund if our logging systems esteem that you have used your key.
If you have never seen your key
If you fill the criteria, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase if you are not satisfied with the service. Depending of your payment method, small fees may incur.
2. Refund Process
Contact support. Email us at waza@waza80.com or privately message waza80 with your order details and the reason of your refund request.
Wait for review. We will carefully review your request, typically in less than 24 hours. We may ask for additional information in order to process the refund.
Processing time. Refund requests are typically processed by your bank within 5-7 business days. Once the refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation receipt.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Expired period. Refund requests regarding keys purchased after the specified refund period (14 days) are not eligible for a refund.
Redeemed keys. Keys that were already redeemed after purchase are not eligible for a refund.
Abuse of the refund system. Requests found to be abusive, including but not limited to (1) requesting refunds on a repeated basis, (2) abusing the contact email to cause service disruption, or (3) containing unrelated content, will be denied and may cause certain consequences for the affected email(s), such as a void of the purchased key's warranty.
4. Changes
YxuTeam reserves itself the right to change this Refund Policy at any time. Any change will be posted on this page and take effect immediately. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically to stay informed of any updates.
